Starting Monday, April 21st – Refresh Projects Showcase!

Stop by the Lobby to view the preliminary design boards for the Main Lobby, Conference Room, Library, and Club Room.

The “Refresh Projects” are underway.

The new countertop is in, and updates to the Clubroom are moving forward to create a more welcoming space for all.

Once complete, the Clubroom will be a brighter, lighter and more open space!

Work is underway in the Lobby Restroom and a decorative sconce has already been installed.

The restroom is getting a fresh new look—sleek, modern, and much improved

The Conference Room work is underway and beautiful wall art has been installed.

The Conference Room will be more conducive to productivity, featuring built-in outlets in the conference table and a brighter, more functional workspace.

The Library Refresh is making good progress. New shelving has been installed.

The Library refresh will make the space more useful and enjoyable for all.

Refresh Projects Update:

The Clubroom is currently under renovation and will remain closed as work continues.

On April 14 Refresh Projects began in the following areas:

Conference Room
Library
Lobby Restroom

These spaces are temporarily closed for a few weeks during the renovation process.

Construction Progress

Building Work

Stacks 22 and 23 are completely finished and those balconies are open for use!

Upper Pool Deck Planters

Irrigation and plant installation are complete, except for the west planter next to the summer kitchen. That area will be finished next week, followed by sod installation in the large west planter.

On the east side, the contractor is continuing prep work for waterproofing, and most of the new drains have already been installed.

Planter Walls & Walkway Work

New tiles have been installed on the balcony floors, and soon the planter walls will be painted. New pavers for the walkways are also scheduled to be installed.

Just a Reminder for All CPST Residents:

Construction noise may occur during working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Beginning Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, access to and from the pool will be through the doors located in the hallway outside of the Club Room.

We’re almost there—a fresh, new space is just around the corner!
