Lobby Refresh ​
The new front desk is nearing completion. After it becomes fully operational, work will begin on removing the old desk area. New furniture is on the way, and the central plant feature already in place provides a fresh and welcoming first impression in the lobby. When finished, the lobby will feel more modern, stylish, and inviting.​

Clubroom Completion
Our newly refreshed clubroom is now brighter, lighter, and more welcoming than ever. The space features updated kitchen countertops, a new media area with a large-screen TV, an open layout created by removing the old bookshelves, and a cozy reading nook for quiet moments. Modern, comfortable furniture allows for flexible seating and easy rearranging. We invite all residents to stop by and enjoy the beautifully refreshed clubroom.

Upper Pool Deck
The upper pool deck has been beautifully refreshed with new plantings and sod, and both the east and west planters are now complete. Night lighting has been fully installed, and the pergola at the Summer Kitchen has been newly stained, giving the area an updated, inviting feel.

The Summer Kitchen is open for resident use. To access the grill, simply contact the Front Desk to reserve and obtain the key.

A new heater has also been installed in the Spa, and the Pool Deck Spa is now open for your enjoyment.
